The Pacific Northwest Trail travels close to many friendly, scenic communities that are fun to visit whether you are thru-hiking the trail or just out for a day or two. From small historic industrial towns to large urban areas, Pacific Northwest Trail towns provide a wide variety of services and experiences for visitors.
The Pacific Northwest Trail passes directly through many of these towns while others are a few miles away. Regardless of location, we think they’re all worth a visit.
Curious as to where past hikers have stopped? The PNTA Forum has a great thread titled 'Re-Supply List - Towns and Resources'.
