Get Out Fest
Get Out Fest is a dynamic, community-led outdoor recreation & culture festival held at the Ferry County Fairgrounds, located in the heart of Northeast Washington. PNTA is excited to be a part of this great event and to promote outdoor recreation on the Pacific Northwest National Scenic Trail!
Get Out Fest is a mix of camping, organized outdoor activities, and live music with the Cave Singers on Saturday night! Volunteers are on hand to connect you to information about a multitude of nearby outdoor activities on public land, so you can get out and choose your own adventure in Ferry County.
Visit GetOutFest.com for the full schedule of events including live music, camping, climbing, cycling, hiking and more!
FREE GUIDED HIKE
PNTA will lead a free guided hike along the Sherman Peak Loop, a scenic highlight of the Pacific Northwest Trail on the Colville National Forest!
The Sherman Loop Hike is an intermediate hike: six miles round-trip, including 1,200 feet elevation gain. Plan on a 4-5 hour excursion, depending on pace and breaks, and an additional hour of driving to the trailhead. Be sure to pack the “ten essentials,” snacks and plenty of water and be prepared to practice the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace.
The number of participants is limited. Please register by Thursday, June 27th. Some spots will be reserved for walk-up registration at the event. Stop by our booth at Get Out Fest by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday to learn more. We will rendezvous for the Guided Hike at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 29th at Get Out Fest.
Online registration is full!
Please stop by our booth at Get Out Fest to inquire about walk-up registration on Friday.
