Project Description
Soak in the late-summer sun as you ascend from the San Poil River valley with a PNTA crew maintaining the PNT on Tenmile TR 025.
We’ll use loppers and handsaws to trim back brush, saplings and branches growing in the trail, and dirt work tools to spot repair the tread and clear drains along the way.
If we get the green light in time, we may spend a day of this trip constructing 300–400 feet of new trail nearby at Swan Lake, to connect the dots on the PNT between Swan Loop TR 5300-071, and Swan Butte Cutoff TR 5314-640
No trail crew experience necessary: the PNTA provides tools, personal protective equipment, and training. Just bring yourself, your daypack, and a thirst for a rewarding day on the trail!
