Highway 21
Republic, WA
The Tenmile Trailhead is located at the eastern terminus of Tenmile TR 025, part of the Pacific Northwest Trail, is located on Highway 21, roughly 10 miles south from downtown Republic. It steadily ascends from the canyon of the San Poil River to the highland hills surrounding the Swan Lake area.
Beware of rattlesnakes sunning themselves on the sections of talus slope.
DIRECTIONS
- From Republic Hwy 20, turn right on S Clark Ave/ Hwy 21
- In approx. 9 miles, the developed trailhead will be on your right.
FACILITIES
Parking for several vehicles, 20 ft maximum length.
AMENITIES
Adjacent campground features camp sites, picnic tables, and a vault toilet. Draw and filter water from the creek.

Hiking, Bicycling, and Horseback Riding, Camping, Fishing
PASSES
No fees or passes are required for day-use visitors. Fee for campsites.
