Project Description

Help our Performance Crews return from their mission maintaining the PNT in the Eastern Pasayten Wilderness by providing pack support. For those interested in supporting the trail community, this is a great way to get involved without doing trail work.

PNTA trail crews work in the backcountry for 7–10 days at a time. You can help lighten their load as they return from work.

Volunteers will meet the crew at their backcountry spike camp on Long Draw TR 340 on Friday morning, July 5th, then help ruck their gear back to Goodenough Trailhead.

Considering the long hike we have ahead of us, volunteers traveling from afar are encouraged to arrive the day before, or spend the night in the area. A fee-free campground is available just down the road from our trailhead.

Backpacks can be provided upon request.
